Adam has been a part of the sofresh family for almost five years now. His dedication and hard work inspire others to elevate their own standards. Adam literally helped build sofresh farms and we wouldn’t be where we are today if it weren’t for him.
What motivates you?
Building something from nothing. I love the challenge work brings, there’s always something different and a new problem to solve.
Personal goals?
I’d like to increase my job knowledge so that I can create the best possible environment for the plants to thrive.
Any advice for those just starting out in the cannabis industry?
KISS – Keep it simple stoner. Don’t make it harder than it needs to be. Sometimes the simplest solution is the best.
